The extent of the services we offer shows just how important it is to us that our guests feel good during their journey. Here you’ll
find an overview of all the services included in the price of your journey. As you can see, we’ve thought of everything. Of course
for land excursions we did not want to limit your personal choice. You will find more on this and other additional services for your
day of arrival and day of departure on the following pages.

Included in the price of your journey: |
- Overnight accommodation at the Hilton Hotel on the day of arrival and departure
- Tourist services by Premicon Queen at the Hilton Hotel on the day of arrival, day of embarkation, day of disembarkation and the day of departure
- Breakfast at the Hilton Hotel on the day of embarkation and on the day of departure
- Lunch at the Hilton Hotel on the day of embarkation and disembarkation, or at another location other than the Hilton Hotel when land excursions have been booked
- Travel from the Hilton Hotel to the ship and back (for guests who do not wish to take part in the land excursions on the day of embarkation and disembarkation)
- Transport of luggage from the Hilton Hotel to the ship suite and back again
- Dinner on board the ship on the day of embarkation and at the Hilton Hotel on the day of disembarkation, or at another location other than the Hilton Hotel when land excursions have been booked
- Cruise on the Premicon Queen in the suite category previously reserved

- All meals on board including breakfast, lunch, coffee, tea and cake, dinner and a midnight snack. All meals – with the exception of the midnight snack – will be served at your table.
- Use of all facilities on board the ship including the wellness area (with the exception of special spa services)
- Attendance at all events on board the ship: day and evening concerts with the ship’s orchestra, evening entertainment with selected guest performers
- Personal consultation with our cruise director and our concierge
- Personal butler service for all guests staying in queen suites
- Detailed information on land excursions, sent to you before your journey

- All port, dock and passenger fees
- Bill including a complete list of all services added to your onboard credit account
- No pre-cruise or post-cruise accommodation is included in the prices of the Winter Journeys.

Not included in the price of the journey: |
- Independent arrival and departure
- Land excursions at all stopping points. After the reservation for your journey has been finalized, you will receive detailed suggestions for land excursions. Land excursions can be booked before the journey or on board, as a package or individually.
- Drinks served with main meals, ordered at the bar or taken from the mini bar
- Special massages, spa services and cosmetic treatments
- Customized insurance packages. You will receive a list of such offers with your cruise confirmation.
- Tips and all other personal expenses

As a guest of the Premicon Queen you can choose from any number of extra services beyond just the land excursions to design the cruise
according to your own individual wishes: Would you like to gaze upon the Alps from a helicopter, look over the shoulder of a star chef
at work or fulfill your passion for sport? The day of arrival and day of departure are also full of incredible possibilities to start or round off
your trip. Treat yourself to something extra special!

- Limousine service and transport of luggage from your house to the airport or train station and back again (only in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Benelux countries)

- Car parking at the Hilton Hotel or in another secure parking garage
- Transfer of your car to the hotel where you will be staying after the cruise or to the port of disembarkation

- Certificate for overnight accommodation at the Hilton Hotel in case you do not take advantage of the pre-cruise or post-cruise program
- Additional accommodation at the Hilton Hotel or in another hotel of your choice should you wish to extend your stay before or after the cruise
